I have recetnly had the honour of contributing to an amazing book called ‘Celebrate With Me!’ It’s a wonderful collection of stories, recipes, crafts and holiday fun from around the world. I am one of 25 artists and chefs who have been a part of this fantastic book. My section is about New Year’s Eve and how my family celebrates it with a traditional Guyanese recipe of ‘Cook-up Rice’ and our version of the ‘Stone Soup’ story to capture our new year desires.
