Earth Day stories at The Story Museum

Grumpy geckos and giggling fireflies

We had a brilliant day at the Story Museum. They invited me to tell stories to celebrate Earth Day. During my sessions that were spread across the afternoon, everyone jumped into the stories with me. This was a multigenerational storytelling session with babies, youngsters, adults and elders listening to my stories which featured grumpy geckos, giggling fireflies and busy dung beetles showing how we are all connected with nature and the earth.

The Woodhouse theatre at the Story Museum in Oxford is an amazing space and their team assisted with lighting and music to help me create those rainforest sounds. We had an immersive session with my colourful props and percussion instruments.
