What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
If you use our “Contact” form, we will retain your email address so that we can write back to you. Your email address and the information you submit in our “Contact” form will be stored in Google Apps, which we use for email, diary, and contact management.
If you would like us to send you all personal information that we hold on file, please use our “Contact” form and select “subject access request” under the heading “What is your enquiry about?”. NB: we can only use the email address you send us, and that we have corresponded with.
If you would like us to delete all of your personal information that we hold in Google Apps, please use the Contact Us form, and select “Subject access request” and request in your message that we delete the personal data of yours that we hold.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics

If you use our “Contact” form your data will be stored in our Google Apps account. Only the few people trusted by Storyboat Tales Ltd are allowed access to this data, and it is not shared with any other organisations.

How long we retain your data
If you send us an email using our “Contact” form, your data will be held indefinitely in our Google Apps email system.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
