DESCRIPTION:The Brighton Book Festival is a space that gathers together authors\, poets\, illustrators\, musicians and other creatives from the UK and around the world for a book festival like no other. \nWendy Shearer will be taking part in a roundtable discussion about her her book ‘Caribbean Folktales: stories from the Islands and the Windrush Generation’.  She will be joined by Natasha Bowen\, a New York Times bestselling author of Nigerian and Welsh descent and Natty Mark Samuels\, writer\, folklorist and founder of Rootical Folklore: celebrating African and Caribbean Orality through flora.
